Do You Have Fatty Acid Deficiency?

There are a number of physical signs that indicate a fatty acid deficiency and these are listed below:

- Dry or rough skin
- Dry hair
- Dandruff
- Dry lips
- Brittle or soft nails
- Sleeping problems
- Increased thirst
- Frequent urination
